I was eating some sushi with a friend of mine when I noticed him using low sodium soy sauce. I didn't really understand it. Isn't the whole point of soy sauce the sodium? Might as well call it sodium sauce.

Soy Sauce
I was eating some sushi with a friend of mine when I noticed him using low sodium soy sauce. I didn't really understand it. Isn't the whole point of soy sauce the sodium? Might as well call it sodium sauce.
